What to expect from us
The same in gum as in almonds
The grower, the huller, the exporter — not a chain of intermediaries. Fewer hands on a lot means clearer terms and a better price at both ends.
A century in gums, nuts and spices means we can talk about your crop in your terms. You will not be explaining the basics to us.
We would rather turn down a parcel than agree to something we cannot hold to. If a position changes, you hear it from us first.
The same name from first offer to final documents. No ticket queue and no handover halfway through a shipment.

The business started in gum arabic in the early 1900s. It ships nuts and dried fruit today. What has not changed is who runs it, and the fact that we would rather have twenty years with a good grower than one good price.
We are a small firm and we answer our own phone. If you grow, hull, pack or ship any of what is on these cards, we would like to hear from you.
